*Accounting Associate:*
*Job Description*
This position is responsible for general accounting and financial operations functions such as preparing and disbursing invoices, posting payments, making journal entries, preparing financial reports and other similar tasks.
*Job Responsibilities*
· Preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, and contacting clients
· Processing, verifying, recording transactions, and posting receipts.
· Process credit card charge/refund and account reconciliation.
· Working with account management and others to resolve account issues when necessary.
· Assist with month-end reconciliations, closings, and reports.
*Education & Qualifications*
· Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin or equivalent required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and advanced level in Excel.
· Data Analytics, Programming experience/training is a plus.
Relevant experience is a plus.
· Attention to detail, organized, and accuracy essential.
· Ability to work independently, and as a team player.
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
