We are looking for a part time A/P Clerk.
Flexible hours.
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve inquires and discrepancies
- Help with customers on the phone during busy times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, debits, credits, and general accounting principles
- Proficient in payroll management and benefits administration
- Proficiency in using accounting software Mas 90 or similar programs and Microsoft Excel
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
You will also assist with helping our customers during busy times.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
You should have a strong understanding of account reconciliation, debits, credits, and general accounting principles.
This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using accounting software such as Mas 90 or similar programs is required.
