JOB SUMMARY:
Strong verbal communication and phone skills
Review and resolve outstanding balances in a timely manner
Insurance collections and patient collections by phone
Ability to navigate insurance portals
Strong understanding of EOB and insurance denials
Processing appeals and reconsiderations
Must be a team player and willing to learn
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience working medical collections a plus but will train the right motivated candidate.
