FT / PT Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Experience (New Haven, CT)

IN PERSON: FT / PT Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Experience Are you a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper (with Quickbooks exp a MUST) with a knack for numbers? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a FT / PT Bookkeeper.
If you have expertise in QuickBooks and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Utilize QuickBooks to manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a MUST.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
Requirements: - FT / PT availability in person (NOT Remote) - Previous experience using QuickBooks.
