As a Financial Analyst at YNHHS, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare finance, responsible for:
* *Strategic Financial Planning:* Providing financial support and guidance to assigned service lines and functional areas, helping to shape their financial strategies and ensure their long-term success.
* *Performance Analysis:* Performing monthly reviews of operating results, analyzing volumes, revenues, and expenses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* *Budgeting Expertise:* Guiding service lines and functional areas through the annual operating and capital budget processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* *Data Integrity:* Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the cost accounting system, working closely with analysts to streamline data and implement robust reporting mechanisms.
* *Collaborative Leadership:* Working collaboratively with operational leaders to develop action plans for underperforming business lines, driving initiatives to improve financial performance across the organization.
