Position Overview:
Become part of the Accounting/Finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for inputting supplier invoices, processing payment runs, and reconciling the cash and accounts payable accounts.
This role will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.
What You'll Do:
Process invoices in the ERP system (WorkDay)
Prepare multiple check runs each week, as well as wire and ACH payments
Follow up on inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders
Prepare account reconciliations
Collaborate with the Accounting team members to ensure coding for supplier invoices is accurate
Provide assistance with auditor requests during quarterly reviews and the year-end audit
Special projects as assigned (i.
e.
, conversion of existing vendors paid via check to ACH)
Who You Are:
Associate's or higher degree in accounting or equivalent Accounts Payable experience
Minimum of one (1) year's relevant experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well independently
Strong attention to detail
Team player who is able to work/interact with various departments and levels on a daily basis
Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage conflicting priorities to deliver a high-quality work product

Salary Range: $43,000-$55,500.
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position.
Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
The range listed is just one component of Care.
com's total compensation package for employees.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
