We are looking for a Receptionist/Secretary to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming calls.
* Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
* Provide administrative support to staff members.
* Schedule appointments and meetings.
* Maintain filing systems and databases.
* Perform data entry tasks.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.

Schedule:
* 4 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
