Part-Time
The Foote School seeks a part-time teacher to become a member of our dynamic After School Program (ASP).
The philosophy of our program is that children learn about themselves and others through play.
The ASP teachers are eager to provide opportunities for children to engage in new games, interesting projects, and interactive experiences that help them develop social skills in an environment of fun and support.
Our new teacher will lead activities with children ranging from kindergarten through sixth grade.
Working with other ASP staff, the new teacher will have the chance to design fun projects, make meaningful connections with children, and contribute to a joyful community.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervision and engagement in all aspects of the afterschool experience
Oversight of activities including crafts, sports, games, reading, and cooking
Participation in professional development and training programs
Planning and implementation of projects
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 2:45 p.
m.
– 5:30 p.
m.
; Friday: 2:00 p.
m.
– 5:30 p.
m.
during school days; approximately 15 full days during school vacations
Qualifications:
Energetic, enthusiastic personality
Flexible, team player
Some experience working with children
Ability to multi-task
Good interpersonal skills
