We are seeking CT-licensed healthcare practitioners to share our available office space for part-day, full-day, and/or multiple day use.
We are currently home to independent private practices of counselor, psychologist, acupuncturist, massage therapist, and psychiatrist.
3 different offices in our suite are currently available for sublease.
Rent can be customized based on your individual needs, but will be on average $100/month for use of an office for 1 day a week ($200/mo for 2 days/wk, etc).
We can negotiate rates for more or less office time.
The fully-furnished suite is 2100 sq ft with 6 furnished offices inside a professional office building with ample parking and a private entrance.
We are conveniently located just off the Post Road in Orange, less than 2 miles from Milford & West Haven and only 5 miles from New Haven.
Free shared resources in our suite include cozy waiting area, large reception desk, a kitchen with full-size fridge and microwave, wifi internet connection and utilities (electric, heat, AC, property insurance, shared mailbox, etc.
)

We are not a group practice, so we do not provide clients or have a source for referrals for you.
We are all independent practitioners, so you must bring/find your own clients via your own marketing/advertising.
