We are seeking a dependable delivery truck driver with excellent customer service skills who possesses a great deal of physical and mental stamina who thrives working on the road and can consistently ensure safe and accurate deliveries.

Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record.
As a part of our delivery team you will be responsible for driving the vehicle (10 wheeler box truck) on a planned route to ensure deliveries are made on time.
You will also assist in the loading and unloading process of goods.
Previous warehouse and delivery experience is preferred and a clean driving record is required.
*Truck Driver Job Duties and Responsibilities*
· Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle
· Transport pallet goods and packages from place of origin to assigned destination
· Pick-up loads and organize goods in an ordered, logical manner
· Ensure contents are properly secured inside of truck to prevent breakage or damage
· Safely and efficiently handle and unload goods from truck at selected destinations
· Obtain signatures or warehouse scans to confirm and complete deliveries with clients
· Assist warehouse staff and customers with loading and unloading processes
· Map delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries
· Develop a strong base knowledge regarding our products
· Interact with local customers, answer questions and advise them on our products
· Communicate traffic reports, delays, etc.
as needed
· Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean
· Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered
· Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs
· Track and report working hours
· Adhere to company rules and regulations
· Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive in according to the weather/road conditions
· Comply with ICC and DOT regulations
· Make safety a priority at all times
· Ensure proper maintenance is carried out on the delivery vehicle
*Truck Driver Requirements and Qualifications*
· High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred
· Valid CDL Class B, required
· Experience driving a large company van or truck preferred
· Clean driving record with no moving violations
· Must pass background check and drug test
· Skilled and confident driver
· Comfortable maneuvering and parking a large vehicle
· Alert, focused, and detail-oriented
· Physically and mentally fit
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Experience using hand trucks and electric lifts
· Proficient using GPS and other routing systems
· An innate sense of direction
· Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
· Excellent customer service skills
