As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist with various tasks related to legal proceedings and documentation.

Duties:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters
- Prepare correspondence and draft letters as required
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry and billing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with litigation processes and court systems
- Proficient in document preparation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.
00 - $27.
00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35.
