Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, LLP is seeking an *experienced* full-time Estate Administration Paralegal to assist attorneys with all aspects of the estate administration of trusts and estates.
Estate Administration Paralegal Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of probate and administration documents.
Marshaling of assets.
Preparation of estate tax returns.
Preparation of formal and informal accountings & receipts and releases to settle estates.
Distribution of assets.
Coordination with accountants.
Must know how to e-file.
Hours: Monday through Friday, from 9-5, but flexible for right person.
