*Responsibilities:*
* *Answer and direct telephone calls in a proficient manner*
* *Greet/direct visitors*
* *Assist with various projects as needed*
* *Ongoing organizational tasks*
* *Keep track of legal calendars and schedule appointments*
* *Maintain an orderly work area*
*Requirements:*
* *Prior legal experience preferred*
* *Associates Degree with a Paralegal Certificate, or higher preferred*
* *Competency in basic computer skills, email, and MS Office*
* *Strong verbal and written communication skills*
* *MUST be able to type 60 wmp*
*Strong customer service skills with demonstrated positive attitude under pressure situations*

* *Strong technical skills, such as typing, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

00 per hour, plus benefits, but flexible depending on experience.
