Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a Mid to Senior Level Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Bridgehampton.

Greenberg Traurig’s Bridgehampton office seeks a real estate associate with 5 to 10 years of real estate transactional experience.
Desired candidate will have strong experience in the following areas: residential buy-sells, financings, acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, real estate funds, leasing and/or development.
Work will include review, drafting and, where appropriate, negotiating letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, leases and subleases and financing documents, joint venture arrangements, and real estate fund documentation; handling deal closings; performing title work and other due diligence; and other aspects of transactional real estate work.
Candidate will be given significant transactional responsibilities and client contact right away and will work closely with shareholders and senior associates who will devote substantial time and energy to training and mentoring, as well as providing exposure and counseling on the client development process.
Candidate must be eager and motivated with the desire to be part of a team working on large complex transactions locally and nationally.
Strong academics are required and prior experience at a regional or national law firm or an outstanding local firm is preferred.
Must be a member of the New York State Bar.
The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $150,000-$185,000.
Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
