Quadient is more than a workplace; it's a platform for your growth! Responsible for deploying company policies & standards and developing compliance programs, including ISO certification, within the North American (NORAM) region.
Drive the Global Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
What you will do: - Lead implementation of IMS and compliance programs in collaboration with NORAM senior leadership.
- Ensure safe systems of work and manage HSE incident investigations.
- Promote a culture of excellence, integrity, and safety.
- Lead deployment of corporate policies and employee training programs.
- Facilitate internal process mapping to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee internal and external audits (ISO certifications, Postal audits).
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Accountable for IMS & compliance performance within the region.
- Provide support for customer requests related to QHSE, security, CSR, and compliance.
- Assist in devising and delivering the company's global IMS strategy and roadmap.
What you bring: - 10+ years of relevant compliance, QHSE, or Information Security experience.
- Significant experience in team management and implementing IMS and ISO certification programs.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in QHSE, Compliance, or legal field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, business ethics, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and project management abilities.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
