*Responsibilities:*
* Interpret between English and (applicable) languages.
* Maintain the appropriate tone of voice while observing cultural nuances
* Maintain professionalism through attitude and interpreting service standards
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
* Respond to the interpreting sessions promptly and conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner.
* Render correct concepts and meanings according to the conventions of established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.
*Qualifications:*
* Proficient in English and (applicable) languages
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to remain calm and compassionate when dealing with difficult individuals and crisis situations
* Flexible availability
* Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy during interpretation
* Understanding and implementation of HIPAA protocols
