Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Esthetician, RN or an APRN to join our newly formed healthcare team and Aesthetic Medical spa.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients based on their specific needs and conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, in accordance with state regulations and guidelines
- Perform advanced clinical / aesthetic procedures and interventions within your scope of practice
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
- Stay current with advancements in medical technology, treatments, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetician certificate, RN or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license in the state of CT
- Proven experience working in a healthcare setting
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills if a nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
