The Residential Aide is responsible for direct client care.
This includes activities of daily living and providing support for safety, health, and wellness.
This position also assists program staff, and the ideal candidate will establish, develop, and maintain respectful relationships with the people served.
The Residential Aide will participate in maintaining a safe, harm-free environment for all residents.
Working within Adult Services, the Residential Aide works on the Residential Behavioral Health Treatment care team to support clients’ recovery from mental illness, substance use, and homelessness.
Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED
2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
Regular and predictable attendance is required

Orientation:
