This is a weird situation I own a dog so didn't really know how to handle this but the owner has black cats living inside the store very friendly there's no food or water cats are trying to get out I think he uses them for mice I asked if I could take her he said no it's his the poor cat gets trampled on by customers I think the situation needs looking into but I don't know who to turn to
