Room is unfurnished and empty, waiting for your stuff ;) Personal parking in front, safe neighborhood.
We take cleanliness in community area seriously and split a share of chores.
We all participate in our part to keep the place nice and livable.
And due to our busy schedules we want the new roommate to do their part too.
Our kitchen sink is a no-dish-left-behind sink.
We keep the kitchen clean as you walk in, as when you walk out ;) Also included is a dishwasher and laundry washer/dryer inside which is super convenient.
Community space has some room for furniture, depending on which flat you move into.

No smoke in the house of any kind but you can take yourself outdoors.
