Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

*Landscape Property Care Manager* \* Schedule daily activities for Property Care crews \* Handle sales leads for Property Care \* Meet with Property Care clients to review properties \* Generate conference reports after client meetings \* Solicit new business for Hampton Yards \* Generate estimates and review bills as necessary \* Assist in collecting receivables \* Manage all services and monitor all properties for quality control \* Develop and adhere to all Property Care budgets \* Develop and maintain safety protocols for Property Care Division \* Negotiate prices with subcontractors and vendors Compensation package includes: bonus, 401k, paid time off, medical benefits Additional compensation based upon sales opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.
