Automotive Sales Manager/Business Manager

* Our client is one of the highest volume automotive dealers in *New Haven County* and is now accepting resumes for both a *Finance & Insurance Manager* and *Sales Manager* to join their team.

The successful candidates will possess the following attributes: * Ability to increase profitability within the Sales and F&I Department * Maintain excellent customer satisfaction * Team player, capable of helping others succeed * Possess strong managerial and leadership skills * Ethical and honest selling style * Detail oriented to ensure all contracts are enforceable * Take a ‘hands on’ approach during the sales process * Utilize a menu style selling system via Darwin * Ensure that all contracts are funded in a timely manner * Work closely with Sales Team / Management *Job Requirements:* * Must have proven track record of success * Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record * Must consent to and pass a drug/background screen * Professional appearance required * 2 to 5 years' automotive dealership experience required for both positions.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $145,000.
