Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Description Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company.
We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in our Commercial Lines Department.
Our Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep/Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

** Salary: $55000.

Document each customer contact in AMS360.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Generate insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Claims follow up calls.
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Requirements Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Great Customer Service Skills.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
