My wife and I are seeking a “smaller” size home (1,700 – 2,500 square feet) in Madison, CT.
It is just the 2 of us, we are 65 years old Grandparents, sold our home in Fairfield County, kids are out, and we would like to relocate to Madison.
Our credit rating is very good, we are pre approved, with good financing terms.
We are flexible in the closing date.
Many of the homes we look at in Madison are either too big or gone before we even get to see them.
Ideally, we’re looking for a single-family home with 2+ bedrooms, 1.
5 or 2 baths, a somewhat updated kitchen, dry basement, preferably South of 95 but will look North if not too far North.
