We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Fitness Instructor to join our team.
As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading and instructing various fitness classes and activities.
If you have a strong background in sports coaching, fitness sales, and a passion for educating others about health and wellness, we want to hear from you!
```Responsibilities```
- Lead fitness classes such as pilates, dance, kickboxing, yoga, bootcamps, and more
- Create and deliver engaging and effective workouts for participants of all fitness levels
- Provide guidance and support to participants to ensure proper form and technique
- Motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals
- Educate participants on the benefits of exercise and healthy lifestyle choices
- Assist with member check-ins and maintaining a clean and organized workout area
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a positive and inclusive fitness community
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong background in sports coaching or personal training
- Knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate participants
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate different fitness levels
- Sales skills to promote fitness programs and memberships
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
