*Job description* *PERSONAL TRAINER* *Reports to: Wellness Director* Qualifications: Current Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification Required Pay Range: $24 - $26 hour Additional opportunities to earn up to $60 per hour Hours: Flexible Schedule 10 – 15 Hours per week Evening and Weekend availability Customer Service Hours as required Experience: Some Experience required; Management will work with to develop skills Essential Functions: * Perform one on one training sessions with clients according to industry safety and standards * Perform and/or maintain necessary assessments, evaluations, records of client’s progress, etc.
* Responsible for booking client appointments, confirming appointments, recording client attendance, securing payments for membership packages, signing in and preparing time sheets Professional Behavior / Etiquette: * Maintain high standards of attendance, cooperation and punctuality * Pick up / clean up weight, props, etc.
if necessary after training * Refrain from discussing or participating in negative conversation about others – gossip will not be tolerated * Diffuse all complaints promptly and direct any situation above your control to the Director * A commitment to being a role model for each and every member \* Job Type: Part-time Salary: $24.
