” _*Responsibilities:*_ * Transport/safeguard residents on outings * Coach residents in skills development & administer medications * Provide person-centered care including personal care as needed * Perform household maintenance tasks, including meal preparation * Other duties as assigned _*Qualifications:*_ * A HS diploma/GED * Valid NYS Driver’s License is required _*Schedule:*_ _Full-time, Part-time, Evening, Weekend and On Call opportunities available.

50 per hour _This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate.
Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location.
